Circus

We thought it would be fun to take our kids to see the circus, so we went to the Barnum and Bailey Circus today. When we first got there, Aria began screaming because they had the volume cranked up. We were able to get her calmed down, but before long, much to our surprise, we soon found that both our children had passed out shortly after the show began (even though it was no where near nap time).



Aria and Zade woke up later after intermission and at least got to enjoy a little bit of the performance. We were able to get some fun pictures (unfortunately, most turned out blurry due to all the action and the need for the shutter to stay open long enough to capture adequate light in the dark setting):





They also managed to get 7 people on dirt bikes to ride around in a small metal cage at the same time, which was pretty crazy. But probably one of the coolest things we saw was some acrobats doing back flips on stilts:



Although it was a neat experience, I'm probably good for at least the next 10 years before going again.
