May 2019

Zade had a piano recital out at Camp Harlow.  He played really well.

Tara's parents came to visit, and enjoyed some quality time up at Hendricks park.

Afterwards the crew enjoyed some ice cream at Prince Puecklers.

They also headed out to the coast and visited Sea Lion Save.

The boys also did a jog-a-thon at school.  Ryzen notched 1.5 miles in 15 minutes and Zade logged around 4 miles in 30 minutes.

One evening Aria and Zade amazingly decided to put off their eternal feud, and joined forces and made dinner for the family.  It was their idea, so who knows how they made it work.  The meal turned out great.

Our house had some wood rot and the paint was starting to peel, so we finally hired someone to help us take care of that.  It looks much better now.

A wild young mallard decided to hang out with our ducks for an evening.  It was fun to see the ducks pall around with it.

The boys also just finished up Spring soccer.  They played on different teams, and both did very well.  I was pleased to see how much they're progressing.

Greg and Margaret Hansen invited us to come and join them at a concert held at Mike and Julie's house up in Lowell Oregon.  The view from the house was beautiful.  We got to watch a concert by Beth Wood.
