Pool Time

Since it's still in the 100's, Tara invited the Darrah's over, and little Aria and Caleb hung out in the kiddy pool.

Here are a couple more pics from our time in Utah. The first is from our walk in the mountains, where Aunt Shara was getting Aria to laugh pretty hard.

Fun with Family

Here we are playing the emotions game- where the photographer calls out an emotion, waits three seconds and then takes a picture of everyone. Great fun! Can you guess what emotions we're attempting to display?

My poor brother was feeling sick at Shara's birthday party. The next day he was in the hospital having his appendix removed. Luckily they caught it before it burst.

Sharalee turned 23 and all the family came to celebrate including Shara's and Shannon's boyfriends. Is this what the family will continue to look like in the years ahead? My guess is yes. :) But only time will tell.

Oregon Coast

We went crabbing out at the Oregon Coast as a fam once again. We only managed to bring in one dungeness and one red rock crab during our 1.5 hour hunt, but that's alright. We had fun spending time together.

Later we went over to Agate Beach and enjoyed wandering around on the sand and walking into the ocean.

Enchanted Forest

The fam headed out to the Enchanted Forest, where the little girls had a great time. Tara and my mom took all the grand daughters through a haunted house, that apparently left a 7 year old girl in tears. None of these 3 and under girls had any trouble. :)

Unfortunately, Tara wasn't feeling well, but she was a good sport.

Silver Creek Falls

Tara, Aria, my dad and I went up to Silver Creek Falls and enjoyed a good hike. Here's a pic of us behind the Lower South Falls. Aria is entranced.

Two cousins playing

It's amazing how well a 3 and 1 year old can play together. From chasing each other around, to playing peek-a-boo, and just giggling, they had a great time together.
